Classroom Code:

Sign in to Socrative
as a student using the classroom code provided. The student must then provide
their name so that the teacher can identify who the assessment belongs to. The
assessment is ready to begin. Once the assessment is completed, the student can
exit the website. A seven question formative
assessment was created using Socrative that reviews the lesson on Climate that
was discussed in class for the day. When the student completes the assessment
the teacher can view the results of each student’s assessment. The teacher page
is a live results page that displays what each student is doing live or can be
viewed at a later time. The results are broken down by individual students and
also by questions. Each question displays
the percentage of students that chose that answer, this allows the teacher to
assess in which areas of the lesson the students need more work. Socrative also
allows the teacher to create a report or chart using the grades from the assessments
the students have taken.
